Gabriellita fue al doctor hoy para su visita medica regular. Las buenas noticias son que ella está subiendo de peso como lo esperan los doctores americanos. Aquí fue donde Isabellita mostró señas de ser mas pequeña que los niños americanos, más nivelada a los niños colombianos. Gabriellita en cambio está creciendo con las medidas y pautas americanas. Gabriellita puede que sea más alta que Isabellita. Me da un alivio de cualquier manera porque aunque sabía que Isabellita estaba bien, la preguntadera de los doctores me ponía mal.
G went to the doctor for her 15-months-old visit. The good news is that she is growing as expected. This was the time when Isabellita showed signs to be smaller the american children and was closer to the colombian standards. G instead is showing to grow with the "american standards"- whatever that means! G is showing she may be taller than Isabella. It makes me feel relieved to know G is in their standards, even though I knew Isabellita was fine, the fact that she wasn't on their standards and the ridiculous doctor's concern used to worry me.
